Russ H Oxner is President of Bullseye DFW Real Estate. He is responsible for defining the operational structure and implementing growth strategies for Bullseye operating divisions. As a commercial real estate services firm, Bullseye platform of services is strategically aligned with our clients’ goal of maximizing the value of real estate within the format of a single-source services company.

Russ Oxner guides his clients throughout every step of the deal process, including site selection, market planning, and negotiating contracts and leases. Throughout his career, Russ has worked with many investors and developers putting deals through the city councils and getting zoning changes. Russ believes in building relationships, keeping his clients best interest at heart.

Larry Dillon
Senior Managing Director

Larry Dillon is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Professional working with Bullseye DFW Real Estate. With more than 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Larry has achieved a dynamic career in North Texas.

Larry spent most of his real estate career working independently in Commercial Real Estate representing high profile local, regional and national tenants and has sold many investment properties as well. Larry has worked alongside developers of warehouse, office and retail sites, to assist in leasing their new development from the ground up.

Larry‘s other experiences include: sourcing equity capital for new developments; acquisitions; and participation in equity invested into commercial real estate transactions, including land developments, retail, mixed use, flex space, industrial, office and medical facilities. Larry played a vital role in project marketing, leasing and site selection for national and regional credit tenants and franchisees.

Jennifer Alexander
Associate, Sales & Leasing

Jennifer Alexander joined Bullseye DFW Real Estate in 2016. She specializes in sales/leasing for general and medical offices, as well as tenant/buyer representation for a variety of users.

Jennifer leads the Healthcare Services for Bullseye DFW Real Estate in North Texas. Her expertise in this field ranges from tenant, landlord representation to healthcare facilities and new development consultation.

Jennifer utilizes her experience extensive company resources and in-depth local market knowledge to provide cost effective and time efficient solutions to her clients’ real estate needs. Jennifer has completed transactions ranging from 1,000 to 2,000,000 square feet, exhibiting a broad range of terms, complexity and size thus demonstrating her skill, tenacity and versatility. Geographically, Jennifer focuses on the North Texas Market and additionally all surrounding counties.
